You are required to read these terms of use carefully. By accessing or participating in the alive coffee and smoothies’ points rewards program, you agree to be subject and bound by these terms and all terms incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access, or participate in the Alive Coffee and Smoothies rewards program.
These Terms of Use include an arbitration agreement that governs any disputes between you and us. In arbitration, there is less discovery and appellate review than in court. This arbitration agreement and other provisions will:
eliminate your right to a trial by jury to the extent allowable under applicable law; and
substantially affect your rights, including preventing you from bringing, joining, or participating in class or consolidated proceedings in arbitration and litigation.
You agree that we may provide updates, notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms of Use, and other information relating to the Alive Coffee and Smoothies Rewards program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at http://alivecoffeeandsmoothies.com.
Three (3) diamond points per dollar: Alive coffee & Smoothies purchases where you pay with a debit or credit card spent on Qualifying purchases at participating Alive Coffee & Smoothies stores.
One hundred points equals one dollar ($1).
Two hundred points equals one dollar ($2)
One thousand Rewards points equals $10 and can be applied towards all eligible purchases.
Points can only be redeemed for the money equivalent in US dollars for items at Alive coffee and Smoothies participating stores only.
Points are non-transferable to individuals or family members.
Points can be redeemed on our website/app, you must log in to your account to enable the redemption to occur.
Go to your home screen under your point balance, select the item you wish to purchase with points.
We will be sending notices to members when their points are set to expire.
All points earned will have a 180-day expiration from the day they were earned.
Points can only be obtained from qualifying purchases on our website.
Food or drinks items purchased with points are not refundable and considered final sale.
All purchases made with points are nonrefundable or transferable and considered final sale.
Customers are required to be the difference if the items intended for purchased cost more than the points to be redeemed.
There’s not a way to earn points without creating an account/registering on our website. We will keep you informed once we have released our app.
You may view your accumulated points balance and Rewards by signing into your Program account at Alive Coffee and smoothies.com. When you redeem points for Rewards, the number of points used to redeem the Reward will be subtracted from your points balance, regardless of whether the Rewards have been redeemed. The points will be removed from your Program account when redeemed at a participating Alive Coffee and smoothies’ stores.
Alive Coffee and Smoothies Rewards points are intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited and is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. For individuals between the ages of 13 and 18, you may participate in, access, or use Alive coffee and smoothies’ Rewards points only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to adhere and be bound by these Terms of Use.
Our Privacy Statement is incorporated into these Terms of Use and governs your participation in Alive coffee and Smoothies Rewards points. Please read the Privacy Statement carefully to understand how Alive Coffee and Smoothies collects, uses, and discloses information about customers, steps on how to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.
Your Alive coffee and Smoothies account, and points Rewards account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) Alive Coffee and Smoothies account that is personal to you.
Without notice to you, Alive Coffee and Smoothies reserves the right to suspend any Alive Account registered to your account and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Alive Rewards Points if Alive determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Use or that the use of your Alive Coffee and Smoothies Rewards account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Alive may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel, or combine Alive Coffee and Smoothies Rewards accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event, your participation in Alive Coffee and Smoothies Rewards points is terminated, all accrued points in your account are void.
Without notice to you, Alive Coffee and Smoothies also reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for Alive Rewards points any Alive Coffee and Smoothies account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactivity is defined as no points earned during such two (2) consecutive year period. In a situation where your Alive Coffee and Smoothies account is unregistered or rendered inactive, all accrued points in your account are void.
Alive Coffee and Smoothies reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue, or cancel Alive Coffee and Smoothies Reward Points or any part of the Alive Rewards program, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you.
